LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms and conditions

Website terms of use and the framework for quotation requests and RedeShop SEO, Google Ads and technical support services.

Updated on 14 October 2026. These terms govern use of the website and the presentation of services. They do not retrospectively change existing contracts, acquired rights or previously granted guarantees.

1. Business details and contact information

The website is provided by RedeShop Solutions, Unipessoal Lda, Portuguese tax identification number (NIF) 516392972, at Rua dos Curros, 9, Sobreposta, 4715-553 Braga, Portugal. Contact: info@redeshop.pt. RedeShop provides digital marketing and technical support services, including SEO, local SEO, Google Ads management, PrestaShop and WordPress/WooCommerce support, and online shop and integration projects, on the terms agreed with each client.

2. Website use and quotation requests

The website presents services, articles and projects. Module and integration pages allow you to request information or a quotation; they are not a shop for purchasing modules. There is no public checkout or public registration of customer accounts in this version. The management area is restricted to the authorised team.

Submitting a form or requesting a consultation does not, in itself, create a contract or authorise a charge. RedeShop assesses the enquiry and, where appropriate, provides a proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, price, applicable taxes, payment terms, deadlines and conditions for starting work. A contract is subject to acceptance of that proposal by the means specified in it.

3. Scope and delivery of services

The proposal or contract defines what is included, each party's responsibilities, the duration, any renewals, and the rules for changes or cancellation. Continuous support, 24-hour availability, immediate incident resolution or included maintenance must not be assumed. Changes to scope and additional work must be agreed before being performed and charged.

Deadlines depend, among other factors, on the required access and materials and the technical dependencies identified. Before an intervention, appropriate authorisations, backups and validation or recovery procedures must be agreed for the work. Compatibility between versions, themes, modules, hosting and integrations is assessed in the context of the project and is not guaranteed in general terms.

The client must provide accurate information, rights to use the materials and access they are authorised to grant. Technical access must be shared through an agreed channel and limited to what is necessary. Do not send passwords through the public form.

4. SEO, advertising and results

RedeShop carries out work within the agreed scope and monitors indicators appropriate to the project. Search results, visibility in artificial intelligence responses, traffic, enquiries and sales also depend on competition, algorithms, platforms, the offer and external factors. There is no general guarantee of rankings, recommendations by AI systems or revenue levels.

Case studies describe specific situations and their own time periods. One client's results do not promise the same results for another. Published percentages must be read in the stated context, without disclosing clients' confidential information.

The Google Ads management fee is separate from the advertising budget paid to Google. The proposal must clarify the budget, account ownership, payment arrangements and authorisations for changes. Third-party platforms' terms of use, costs and decisions also apply. Advertising spend is not a fee charged by RedeShop for management.

5. 30-day commercial satisfaction guarantee

RedeShop maintains its 30-day commercial satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, email info@redeshop.pt within 30 days of receiving the report relating to your request, explaining your concerns. The team will assess the situation with you and seek to address the dissatisfaction relating to the service provided, in accordance with the agreed scope.

For Google Ads management, this guarantee applies to the service management fee, not to advertising amounts paid to Google. Any credits or refunds from the platform follow that platform's rules. The satisfaction guarantee does not, in itself, promise an automatic refund and does not limit the client's statutory rights, including rights that may entitle them to a refund.

6. Business clients and consumer rights

RedeShop's services are primarily intended for businesses and professionals. Where the contracting party is a consumer and the contract falls within the distance contracts regime, the relevant statutory rights apply, including, as a general rule, a right to withdraw within 14 days of entering into a services contract.

Starting the service during this period requires the requests and information prescribed by law. A proportional payment for services already provided, or the loss of the right to withdraw after full performance, is possible only where the applicable legal requirements have been met. The fact that a service is provided online does not, in itself, remove the right to withdraw. Pre-contractual information and the means of exercising that right must be provided to the consumer before the contract is concluded.

These terms do not exclude statutory guarantees, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or other mandatory rights. The provisions of the specific contract and applicable law prevail within their respective scope; a website update does not reduce rights under earlier contracts.

7. Content, confidentiality and technical use

RedeShop's content and assets, and those of third parties, are protected by applicable rights. Clients' trademarks, logos and images belong to their respective owners. Supplying materials for project assessment authorises only the use necessary for that assessment or the agreed service; it does not grant a general, perpetual or irrevocable licence. Ownership and use of deliverables must be defined in the proposal or contract.

Non-public information shared in connection with the service must be treated confidentially, without prejudice to legal obligations. Publishing clients' results, testimonials or materials is subject to the applicable authorisations.

Legitimate indexing of public content by search engines and discovery services must respect technical instructions and applicable rights. Unauthorised access, attacks, abusive collection of personal data, bypassing access restrictions and use that compromises the service are prohibited. Administration, contact enquiries and other restricted areas are not public content.

8. Privacy and third-party websites

The processing of contact data and the use of cookies are explained in the privacy policy. Simply browsing the website does not constitute consent to marketing communications or optional measurement technologies. Links to clients' websites, platforms and external organisations are subject to those services' terms.

The former European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. It must not be used to submit new complaints. This change does not affect access to the complaint and dispute resolution mechanisms available under the law.

10. Updates and language versions

These terms will be updated to reflect the actual services offered and the operation of the website. Translations facilitate understanding and must retain the same commitments and qualifications. They do not displace applicable mandatory consumer protection or data protection rules. Any material discrepancy should be clarified before a contract is agreed. Accepted contracts remain subject to the terms applicable to them.
